This colorway is inspired by the Dark Eyed Junco. A common bird living all over the US and Canada and belonging to the taxonomic family of New World Sparrows. This bird is abundant and widespread and you can read more about it on Audubon Society's Online Guide To North American Birds.  

Grown and spun in the USA. Hand dyed in Vermont.

Fingering - 50g and 100g skeins. 200 and 400 yards, respectively. Recommended needle size: #2

Worsted - 50g and 100g skeins. 85 and 175 yards, respectively. Recommended needle size: #6-#8
